How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open TradeRaft on your new device and go to Settings. Tap 'Restore Purchase' and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you used for the original purchase. Your lifetime access will be restored automatically at no additional cost.

Why are my calculations slightly different from my broker's website?

Minor differences can occur due to: (1) Rounding methods - different brokers round at different decimal places, (2) Broker-specific charges - some brokers have unique fee structures or promotions, (3) Timing of rate updates - regulatory charges may change and there might be a short delay before we update the app. For exact figures, always refer to your broker's official contract note.

What market segments are supported?

TradeRaft supports all major Indian stock market segments: Equity Delivery, Equity Intraday, Futures (F&O), Options (F&O), Currency Derivatives and Commodity trading. Each segment has its own specific charge calculations based on current regulatory requirements.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! TradeRaft works 100% offline. All calculations are performed locally on your device using built-in algorithms. No internet connection is required to use any feature of the app. Your data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

How do I add a custom broker profile?

Go to Settings > Broker Profiles > Add New Profile. Enter your broker's name and their brokerage rates for different segments (percentage-based, flat fee, or per-order). You can create multiple profiles to compare charges across different brokers before placing trades.

What is the free trial limit?

New users get 5 free calculations to try the app before purchasing. Each calculation (regardless of segment) counts as one use. After using your free calculations, you can purchase lifetime access for ₹249 to unlock unlimited calculations.

How do I clear my calculation history?

Go to Settings > Data > Clear History. You can choose to clear all history or select specific calculations to delete. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export any calculations you want to keep using the Share feature first.
